Do you ship to an address different from the billing address of the credit card?
NO. If your shipping address does not match with your billing address, you will need to verify that you are the payment or credit card holder. We will require a self asserted photocopy of your credit card. This is to avoid the fraudulent attempt and to protect the real credit card owner.
If your shipping address in a different country other than your billing address, Urmotorpars only take Western Union, Worldfirst, Bank wire payment methods.

Can I pay you on arrival (COD)?
I wish we could do international Cash On Delivery, however there is NO SUCH WAY in the world. So, NO. NO COD. If you found any company can do that, let us know.

Is the Payment secured here?
Yes. You are protected when you pay by PayPal or credit card. You can contact your credit card company to dispute the charge if you do not receive the item you purchased. Be sure to contact us if there is any problem with your purchase. We would prefer refund your money other than you dispute the charge. Make it easier for both of us.
